Story
What this project is really about
City Seekers turns a city walk into a structured treasure hunt. The product is built around authored stops, safe public destinations, geofenced arrival checks, and a clue layer that can sit over a live camera feed without pretending to be full 3D AR. The important design work is not only the interface; it is the pacing of a real walk, the safety of where a group can stand, and the satisfaction of a final stop that feels worth the route.
The operating model is built for field work: hunt authoring, destination rules, store-listing material, payment flows, smoke tests, and launch checklists are treated as part of the product. Denver is the first city, but the structure is meant to scale to repeatable city content.
